Stigmas are extra skills you choose yourself by socketing stigma stones into slots. They are the heart of a build: the same class plays very differently depending on the set.

Slots unlock as you level and complete tasks, while advanced stigmas require quests and conditions. PvP and PvE sets often differ — keep two layouts ready.

Don't copy someone else's build blindly: pick stigmas for your style, faction fights and group composition. Experiment — re-socketing stigmas is cheap and fast.
