By using the Aion GGWP website and game server, you accept the conditions set out below.

1. Project Status

Aion GGWP is a non-commercial, amateur (fan-made) game project created by fans of the game. The project is not affiliated with NCSoft, Gameforge or their partners, is not official, and does not represent their interests. All rights to the game Aion belong to their respective rights holders.

2. Donations

Any voluntary contributions are a form of support for the project and a way to cover hardware and maintenance costs, not a purchase of goods or services. In-game items, currency and privileges have no real monetary value, are not the player's property, and are not subject to refund or exchange for money.

Prices of in-game shop items may change depending on current events and promotions (temporary discounts or price increases). The up-to-date price is always shown in the shop at the moment of purchase.

3. Possible Interruptions and Closure

The server may be suspended, restarted or shut down at any time — including for technical reasons, force majeure, or upon receipt of official/legal demands from rights holders or other authorized parties. In such cases, game progress, characters, items and donations made may be lost irretrievably. The administration bears no financial or other liability for this.

4. Our Commitments

We make every effort to keep the server running stably and around the clock: we use dedicated hardware, backups and protection against attacks. However, we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation or the continuity of the project over time.

5. Game Accounts

Each player is allowed to have no more than 3 game accounts. Creating or using more accounts (including to inflate stats, farm bonuses, rig votes, or bypass limits) is prohibited. Excess accounts, and any benefits obtained through them, may be blocked or removed without warning.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and playing on the server, you confirm that you have read these terms, agree to them, and accept all associated risks yourself.
